Project of an individual residential building in Moscow.
Made taking into account the existing foundation and existing planning solutions.
The task is interesting and unusual in that initially it was supposed to be a house made of timber. Layouts were developed for it and even a design project was made. But after some time, the owner’s plans changed and it was necessary to change the structure of the building to concrete blocks.
The concept remains the same - a country house in a modern interpretation.
After completion of the project, the interior solutions will be adapted to the modified building design.
